1. Who we are

This site is operated by AI Suite 360 ("AI Suite 360", "we", "us", "our"), 32 E Fairmount Ave, Maywood, NJ 07607, United States. For anything relating to privacy, contact us at [email protected].

This policy covers the pages on offer.aisuite360.com, including the Growth Leak Quiz, the results page, and the Growth System Review booking page. Our main website may operate under a separate policy.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Quiz answers. Your responses to the eleven Growth Leak Quiz questions, and the leak category and intent score calculated from them.
• Contact details. Your name, email address, and phone number. Your LinkedIn profile if you choose to add it — that field is optional.
• Booking details. The date and time you select, your timezone, and anything you type into the booking form when you schedule a Growth System Review.
• Anything else you send us. Messages, replies, and information you share by email, SMS, or on a call.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data. IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and referring URL.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, time on page, quiz progress, and which links or buttons you clicked.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Described in section 6.

3. How we use it

• To calculate and deliver your Growth Leak result.
• To contact you about that result by email, SMS, or phone — including follow-up if you don't respond straight away.
• To schedule, confirm, and remind you about your Growth System Review.
• To prepare for that conversation, so we're not asking you questions you already answered.
• To send you related offers, resources, and updates about AI Suite 360, until you opt out.
• To improve the quiz, the funnel, and our marketing — usually in aggregate rather than individually.
• To meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for marketing messages, and on our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business for everything else.

4. Email and SMS consent

When you submit the quiz form, you're agreeing to be contacted about your Growth Leak result and related offers. That contact may include automated emails, SMS text messages, and phone calls to the number you provided.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. To stop receiving emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or email us directly.

Opting out of marketing doesn't stop transactional messages such as booking confirmations and appointment reminders. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this funnel, and only so they can perform that service for us:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector) — our CRM, form and webhook processing, email and SMS delivery, and the booking calendar.
• Analytics and advertising platforms — where enabled, to measure performance and reach relevant audiences.
• Email, calendar, and video conferencing tools we use to hold your Growth System Review.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where we're legally required to disclose.

Some of these providers operate in other countries. Where personal data leaves your region, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your progress through the quiz, measure traffic, and — where enabled — attribute conversions from advertising platforms. Your quiz result is also briefly stored in your browser's session storage so the results page can display it; that clears when you close the tab.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

7. How long we keep it

We keep quiz submissions and contact records for as long as needed to follow up, and afterwards for as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason to. You can ask us to delete your record sooner — see below.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy.
• Correct information that's wrong or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Object to or restrict how we use it.
• Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
• Ask us not to sell or share your information — which we don't do in any case.

Email [email protected] and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires. We may need to verify your identity first. We won't discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and the platforms we rely on maintain their own security programmes. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
