1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of offer.aisuite360.com and everything on it, including the Growth Leak Quiz, the results page, and the Growth System Review booking page (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by AI Suite 360 ("we", "us", "our"), 32 E Fairmount Ave, Maywood, NJ 07607, United States.

By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. If you're using the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

The Site is intended for business owners and decision-makers aged 18 or over.

2. What the Growth Leak Quiz is — and isn't

The quiz is a self-assessment tool. It scores the answers you give and points to the area most likely to be limiting your growth. It is a starting point for a conversation, nothing more.

• Your result is only as accurate as the answers you provide.
• It is not a professional audit, and not business, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
• It doesn't account for your full circumstances, market conditions, or anything we haven't asked about.
• You should not make significant business decisions on the basis of a quiz result alone.

Always seek advice from a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

3. No guarantee of results

Any figures, targets, timeframes, examples, or outcomes shown anywhere on this Site are illustrative placeholders. They are not promises, projections, or typical results.

We do not guarantee any particular level of leads, sales, revenue, cost reduction, or return. Business outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, your pricing, your team, your budget, and how consistently you implement what's recommended. Any example or case study reflects one specific situation and should not be taken as what you will achieve.

4. The Growth System Review

The Growth System Review is a free, no-obligation consultation of roughly 30 minutes, held by video call. Booking a time is a request for a call, not a contract for services.

• Availability is limited and slots are offered on a first-come basis.
• We may reschedule or cancel a booking where necessary, and we'll give you as much notice as we reasonably can.
• Repeatedly booking and not attending may mean we decline future bookings.
• We may discuss our paid services on the call. There is no obligation to buy anything, and any purchase would be covered by a separate agreement.
• Calls may be recorded for quality and note-taking purposes. If they are, you'll be told at the start and can object.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's contact details.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or its underlying data.
• Scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract the quiz logic, scoring model, or content.
• Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the Site's normal operation.
• Reproduce or resell any part of the Site or its content without our written permission.

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe you're in breach.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, logos, the AI Suite 360 name and brand, the Growth Leak framework, and the quiz and its scoring methodology — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt, or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written consent.

7. Communications

By submitting your details you agree to be contacted about your quiz result and related offers by email, SMS, and phone. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services, including our scheduling and CRM platform. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Site available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site, and may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the revised version.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on anything in it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, if any.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, and the state and federal courts located in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
